Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleft over rice
  2. as neededwheat dough
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  6. as neededoil for cook parantha

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add rice, onion, salt and pepper powder and mix it. Heat Tava. Now take a small ball from the dough and roll it. Fill it with rice mixture and cover it from all the corners and roll it again.

    Spread it on tava and cook from both the sides by applying oil. Cook till it becomes golden brown and crispy.serve hot.
