Ingredients

  1. 500 gcooked rice /left over
  2. 150 gramsonion leeks
  3. 5-6 clovesgarlic
  4. 1medium onion bulb white/red
  5. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoonpaprika
  7. 1/2 tablespoonsalt / a pinch salt

    Gather the ingredients.

    Wash and finely slice the green onions.

  3. 3

    Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat and add 4 tablespoons of the oil.Sauted the garlic and onion bulb

    Add the cooked and cooled leftover rice.

  5. 5

    Stir-fry for a few minutes, using a wooden spoon to break it apart if they are not loosen yet. Stir in the SOY SAUCE/OYSTER SAUCE /SALT as desired.

    When the rice is heated through, add the paprika, pepper.

    Mix thoroughly. Stir in the green onions. Serve hot.
