First,Soak red chilli in warm water and grind it in mixie. Take a pan, drizzle oil and and transfer the grinded chilli in the oil. Put salt and sugar.wait for the oil to separate. Once it separate, chilli paste I'the ready. We can store in freezer for future preparations.

Boil the vermicelli in hot water and strain it immediately. In a non stick Tawa or dosa pan, spread little oil and fry tofus(should cut in small pieces),carrot, beans,cabbage, spinach, beansprouts respectively.

Now, Take a big kadai, put oil.add onions, ginger garlic paste, Chilli paste, tomato sauce, soy sauce,salt and give a stir fry. Then add boiled vermicelli followed by all the fried ingredients (tofu, carrot, beans...)

The delicious Bee hoon is ready.We can eat on our own without accompany of any sauces.
