    Take a utensil heat up desi ghee add cardamom and wheat flour stir wheat flour on low flame until flour colour changes to brown in colour.

    When flour colour changes to brown and a nice aroma will come then add 1 cup of water and sugar to it.Simmer for 5 minutes, let the oil comes from the sides

    Atte ka sheera is ready to eat. Serve hot.
