Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cuphomemade chhena
  • 2medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbspgrated carrot
  • 2 tbspgrated beetroot
  • 1palmfull of finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tspchopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • as neededSalt
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl first the boiled potatoes and crumble the chhena.

  2. 2

    Next add all the ingredients and mix till everything Incorporated well and comes out a smooth mixture.

    Meanwhile heat a nonstick pan and grease with oil.

  4. 4

    Make equal size balls from the mixture and flatten each one to give tikki shape.

    Place all the tikki in pan and shallow fry both the sides till it cooked or crispy.
