Steps

Take a cooker add mong daal salt, turmeric powder required water cover the lid and cook for 3-4 whistles.

Now take a pan heat oil in it add ginger garlic paste add chopped onion and green chilli saute it for 2 mins and then add chopped tomato cook for 2-3 mins, add all spices mix it well.

Now add boiled daal and mix it well.

Mong daal is ready.
