Ingredients

4large white onions
1 tbspolive oil
1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps

Cut the very top and bottom off the onions and arrange in a baking dish.

Drizzle with the oil and vinegar, then season generously. Bake at 190 C for one hour.
