  • 2 cupshot milk
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • Dashsalt
  • Nutmeg

    Beat eggs

    Mix in sugar

  3. 3

    Slowly stir in hot milk

  4. 4

    Add vanilla, salt, and nutmeg to taste

    Pour in unbaked pie shell

  6. 6

    Bake at 325 until set
