Ingredients

6_8 servings
  • 2chicken breast pice (boiled and shreded)
  • 1/2 kgpotatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Salt as your taste
  • 6_8 green chilies
  • 1/2 bunchcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 cupmaida for coating
  • 1 cupbread crumbs for coating
  • 2egg beat for coating
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix together mashed potatoes, shreded chicken,salt, black pepper, green chilies,coriander leaves.

    Make round any shape kabab,and roll into maida,dip in other egg,coat bread crumbs.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a frying pan andfry heat hot until golden from both sides

  4. 4

    Now serve to ketchup.
