Soak both daal for 1 hour..

Now wash through..

Add 4 cup water and allow to cook..

Remove stem..

Now add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder..

When daal tender completely add tomato chopped and green chillies..

Cook for 10min more..

Now add daal masala and chicken powder..mix well

Cook on low flame for another 10mins..

Now in another pan heat oil or olive oil add all tarka ingredients..

Fry untill garlic turn golden..

Pour this on daal and mix well..

Serve with chappati or boil rice(best for diet peoples..
