Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsooji
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededoil
  • as neededwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add Sooji, onion,tomato, coriander leaves,curd and all spices.mix well add water if needed.make thick batter.keep aside for 10 minutes.now heat nonstick tava and add some oil,pour batter and spread nicely.cook from both the sides and serve hot.
