Take a slice and spread the sardine, add a slice on top and add the eggs, add a slice again and spread sardine and close with another slice.

Add a little amount of oil and fry the two sides of the sandwiches until golden brown.

Cut diagonally into two halves and serve with any warm drink of choice.
