This are the ingredients for fish curry

Wash the fish nicely twice or thrice with salt and turmeric powder. Once it done. Marinate with salt, oil and turmeric powder. Keep aside.

Preheat Air fryer 180 the C for 5 minutes.

Apply oil in the basket. Keep the fish in the basket.Don't over crowd it. It will break. Bake for 15 minutes. Repeat the same procedure. Once it is done. Take out from the basket and keep a side.

Heat oil in Kadai. Once the oil is hot. Add onion seeds and 1 green chilli. Let it crakle.

In a cup or bowl. Take haldi powder, salt and cumin powder. Add limited water and mix it well. Pour the masala. Mix....it well. Add water as needed. When the water starts boiling. Add fish one by one.

For jhol. Add 4 cups water. Boil it till the fish cook properly. Add Coriander leaves. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves. Ready to serve...rui macher jhol with hot...steam rice.
