Ingredients

  1. 1 kgcarrot
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupfull cream milk
  4. Pinchcardamom powder
  5. 100 gmsKhoya
  6. 3/4 cupDesi ghee
  7. as neededNuts of your choice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Crush carrot in grinder

  2. 2

    Take ghee roast crushed carrot on high flame for 5 minutes then give them 2 whistles

  3. 3

    Keep flame on high add sugar and milk and cook till water evaporates

  4. 4

    Add ghee and nuts with cardamom powder and switch off the gas

  5. 5

    Lastly add crumble khoya and mix
