First of all take a wok with a thick bottom. Put 3/4 cup ghee in wok when it will be melt add sooji into it. Keep mixing it till it is golden brown in color.

On another side boil water 1.25 cup and add a cardamom in water while boiling. When sooji becomes golden brown add boiled water into sooji. Please stand one step back while pouring the water into wok otherwise hot mixture drops come on u.

When sooji has absorbed the water, add the sugar into it. Add cardamom seeds powder and chopped dry fruits for garnishing. Spread the leftover ghee on the halwa and serve it hot.
