TO MAKE METHI THEPLA :- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead to a soft dough using enough water.

TO MAKE BESAN CHILLA:- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and make the batter approx. Using 1/3 cup of water.

TO MAKE MASALA STUFFING:- Heat the oil in kadai add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, green chilli and stir for 30 seconds.

Add mashed potato, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt, mix well and cook for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.

Add coriander leaves and lemon juice, mix well. Switch off the flame.

Allow to cool.

How to proceed:- Take one paratha, spread aloo masala. Keep besan chila on aloo masala paratha. Now spread green chutney and tomato ketchup. Place aloo masala on besan chila and cover with another paratha.

Cut into 4 pieces and pack in a tiffin box.
