Take a mixer jar add dhaniya, pudina, green chili, onion, and make a fine paste.

You can store this in airtight glass container for one week in freeze.

Beat the curd with whisker. Add 1.5 tbsp coriander paste in curd mix well. Add amchur & salt in it and mix well. No need to add any other ingredients.

Restaurant style dhaniya dahi ki chutney is ready to serve. Best accompanied with cutlets, lachha onion, kebabs.
