Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3-4large courgettes
  • Packetham
  • About 80 g of cheese
  • 200 mlpassata sauce
  • Clovegarlic
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Fine breadcrumbs

Steps

    Wash, slice and dry the courgettes. Heat some oil in a pan and cook until golden brown on each side. Sprinkle with salt

    Meanwhile in another pan. Heat oil, chop the garlic and cook for a min or two. Add passata sauce and simmer for about 10 mins. Add some fresh basil leaves at the end and a pinch of salt

    Preheat oven to 180. Take a piece of courgette, add a thin slice of ham on top and a thin slice of cheese. Roll up and place in an oven proof dish. Continue for the rest of the ingredients

    Pour sauce on top as shown. Sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake for about 15-20 mins 😀
