Firstly take it in A big deep vessel and put sugar mix well. Keep stirring for 5 mimutes.

Now make cardamom powder and finely chop the almonds. You can also add some pistachios

Add these to the mix. Mix well and then take A deep big vessel / steamer fill it half with water. Place the stand. And upon that place a high edged plate and put on the flame. Now pour the colostrum mix and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 mimutes.

Then remove the lid and check by piercing a toothpick or knife, if it's done. Turn off the flame and remove the plate keep it aside to cool down. After 15 minutes separate the whole thing from edges with the help of A knife or sharp edge spoon. Also make pieces by cutting the whole thing in criss cross.ke

Refrigerate it for minimum 30 minutes and serve. Please note it has to be stored in fridge and it's shell life is short 2-3 days
