1 cupsugar
1 tbsyeast
3 tbsbutter
Pinchsalt
Oil for frying
1egg

In large bowl add flour,sugar salt,yeast and butter to form soft dough and knead for 20 min

Cover it and leave it to rise for 30 mins

Shape it and cover again for 10minutes and deep fry it at low heat
