Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tbsyeast
  • 3 tbsbutter
  • Pinchsalt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    In large bowl add flour,sugar salt,yeast and butter to form soft dough and knead for 20 min

  2. 2

    Cover it and leave it to rise for 30 mins

  3. 3

    Shape it and cover again for 10minutes and deep fry it at low heat
