Steps

Add 2 cup of water to the ragi flour and mix well without lumps.

In another pot, whisk the curd and keep aside.

In heavy bottom pan, add the ragi mix, salt and stir well till it gets thick. Keep the stove in medium flame

Once it is think(like ragi porridge) remove from stove and keep a side until it reaches room temperature.

In a clay pot, add the ragi porridge, cooked rice, curd and add one more cup water and mix well with hands.

Add salt if required. Serve immediately or keep it in pot for some more time until it's cool.

This can be served with small onions. Very good for health during summer.
