First of all, cut the pav from middle and apply some butter. Now roast them on low flame.

Meanwhile put some oil and butter in another pan, add ginger garlic paste and green chilli. Saute for sometime and add vegetables. Toss them

Now add spices, sauces, tomato catch up, salt and pepper. Saute for 1 min. Mix everything well. Now add kasuri methi and mix again.

Take the paav. Place this filling on toasted side. Grate some over them. Add some butter to the pan and toast the pav from another side until the cheese melts.

Enjoy the open toasted pav in pizza style.
