In a bowl mix besan,chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, add hot oil and mix well.

Adding water make a non-sticky dough. Heat oil in a kadai. Grease the mould (sev maker), fill the dough in the mould.
- 3
Press it in hot oil fry until light golden. Refill the mould and repeat frying. Store them in an airtight container when cooled.
