We are usually make til laddu during the sankranti festival but today I will give some chocolate & mint touch to our traditional dish.

Heat a pan and roast sesame seeds on low flame. Take them in separate bowl. Now moving towards next step.

In the same pan take Ghee, add jaggery and melt the jaggery. Keep on stirring the jaggery while melting it and then add chocolate into that pan and melt the chocolate keep flame low. You can observe that the colour of the mixture was changing from yellowish to dark brown.

Now time to add other ingredients first add mint powder mix it well then add the remaining ingredients and properly mix the solution.

Switch off the flame. Keep the pan down. Wait for a minute and then make the til ladoos. Spread some oil in your palms to form the ladoos. Coat the ladoos with dry coconut powder. Store in an airtight jar at room temperature.
