Methi Moong dal Paneer
Steps

Chop the Onion, green chillies and coriander leaves finely.
Wash the moong dal and methi leaves well.
Grind the coconut, cashews and cumin to a fine paste. - 2
In pressure cooker, add the washed moong dal, methi leaves, chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.

Add grounded masala and a cup of water
Then add the paneer cubes and pressure cook for 2 whistles. - 4
Once the pressure is released, temper with the ingredients listed.

Serve hot with rice or chapati.
