Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Basan), Flour (Atta)., Red chilli powder., White zeera, Ajwein, Baking soda, Salt, Red chilli crushed, Coriander crush & mix all the dry ingredients

Then add water & make a liquid paste.
Now in liquid paste add Onion, green chilli, coriander leave and mix well. - 3
Now heat oil in a wok then make fry pakora until golden brown

Now Onion Bajiya is ready to Serve with green chilli chitni.... And ketchup, Mayonnaise, or any kind of chitni as your desire.
