Ingredients

  • 1 cupsoaked rice
  • some dry fruits which u like
  • Some whole spice-3 black cardamom,5 cloves,cinnamon
  • 1 spoonblack pepper crushed
  • 1 spoongrated garlic
  • to tastesalt according
  • 1 spoongrated ginger
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the cooker add clarified butter and roast dry fruits, whole spices and grated ginger, garlic.

    Now add turmeric powder if you like, black pepper crushed,salt and rice.

    Put some water as required and all Spice powder, cook it until 1 whistle.

    Serve hot and garnish with dry fruits.
