Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1.25 lbground Sirloin
  • .75 lbground Lamb
  • 2 cupscrushed Pork Rinds
  • 1/3 cupDried Onion
  • 2eggs
  • 4 tbspSugar Free Ketchup
  • 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbspMarjoram
  • Pink Himalayan Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 360 degrees.

  2. 2

    Combine all meats, seasonings, eggs, and pork rinds and 2 tbsp Ketchup, hand mix to combine thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Place in loaf pan and brush top of loaf with remaining ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

  4. 4

    Bake for 60 minutes, removing every 20 to brush more ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.

  5. 5

    Remove, and let sit for 5 minutes.

  6. 6
