1. Heat oil / ghee in a pan put jeera let them crackle now add hing
2. Put all veggies & sauté for 5 minitus
3. Add crushed bajara & all spices mix well & cook for 2 minutes - 2
4. Add boiled water ; after 1 boil simmer the gas & cover the pan with lid
5. In between remove the lid & stir nicely
6. Cook till Khichadi done means no water in side & all veggis & bajara mix nicely - 3
7. Switch off the gas
8. Garnish with chopped coriander & mint leaves
9. Enjoy healthy bajara khichadi with yogurt
