Ingredients

20 minutes
15 servings
  1. 3Fish Fillet
  2. 1/2 cupCarrot garted or chopped finely
  3. 1/2 cupCabbage finely chopped
  4. 3 sprigsSpring onions green finely chopped
  5. 3 sprigsSpring onions white finely chopped
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tastered chilli
  8. 1 tablespoonflour
  9. 1 tablespooncorn flour
  10. 4 tablespoonsBreadcrumbs

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all the veggies in a chopper and so the same with fish fillet.

  2. 2

    Take all the things together in a mixing bowl and combine well.

  3. 3

    Add the spices and mix well again.

  4. 4

    Take a lemon size ball of the mixture and shape the kebabs.

  5. 5

    Do the same with the rest of the mixture.

  6. 6

    Dip the kebabs in flour slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.

  7. 7

    Heat oil in a skillet and Shallow fry these kebabs.

  8. 8

    Kebabs are ready to serve. Serve these kebabs immediately with desired dipping sauce or mint sauce.
