Add 2-3 tablespoons mustard oil in a deep pan, then add chopped garlic and green chilies. Sauté all nicely

Now add sliced potatoes, stir it for a while. Then add peas (Matar). Keep stirring everything nicely. Then add salt to taste and chopped green coriander. Keep a nice stir. Cover the pan with a lid. Let everything cook nicely on medium heat. Keep stirring it in between.
