First in a pan take 2 small spoon ghee in it,and put wheat bharda,and rost. (literally golden brown).In pressure cooker put 4 spoon oil in it.add chopped onions in it. Onions turn into golden brown, add ginger- garlic paste, bealif.

After cook this,add all vegetables, all masale, all daal.mix it well. Now add 2 glass water and salt as per test.water is boiled add wheat bharda and mixed it well.

Now cover the lead.get3-4 vissel, do the flame in low and cook 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, now ready to eat this khichadi. It is very tasty and delicious. Garma- garam you served this khichadi.
