Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat lapsi (gehun ka bharda)
  2. 1 cupgreen peas
  3. 1 cupchopped tomato
  4. 2medium size chopped onion
  5. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  6. 1 cupmint leaves
  7. 2chopped potato cube size
  8. 1/2 cuppeanut
  9. 2 spoonarhar dal
  10. 2 spoonmoong dal
  11. 2 spoonMasoor dal
  12. 1 spoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 spoonDhaniya( coriander) powder
  14. 1 spoon garam masala powder
  15. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  16. as neededOil
  17. To tastesalt
  18. 2 spoonginger garlic paste
  19. 2bay leaf

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a pan take 2 small spoon ghee in it,and put wheat bharda,and rost. (literally golden brown).In pressure cooker put 4 spoon oil in it.add chopped onions in it. Onions turn into golden brown, add ginger- garlic paste, bealif.

    After cook this,add all vegetables, all masale, all daal.mix it well. Now add 2 glass water and salt as per test.water is boiled add wheat bharda and mixed it well.

    Now cover the lead.get3-4 vissel, do the flame in low and cook 5 minutes.

    After 5 minutes, now ready to eat this khichadi. It is very tasty and delicious. Garma- garam you served this khichadi.
