This is a go to recipe for me when I have drop in company. I've made it using the dough & once or twice I even used baked bread to make it!

I make toast a lot so I thought about combining the idea and making a roll.In Step 5, if you have too many toppings, the rolling might come undone, but if it more or less stays the same, you should be fine. If the toppings come out the side, just put them back in the center of the dough and roll it up gently and you should be fine. Pizza is a common thing to eat when everyone gets together, right? I thought I could make a simple and easy pizza bread, so I gave this a try. I recommend it.Use whatever you like for the filling. I love bruschetta. Yet, not a fan of chopping all those tomatoes. Adding a couple ingredients to store bought and serving with homemade garlic bread makes it "semi-homemade" and delicious.
