I love bruschetta. Yet, not a fan of chopping all those tomatoes. Adding a couple ingredients to store bought and serving with homemade garlic bread makes it "semi-homemade" and delicious.

Ingredients

  1. 14 ozstore bought Bruschetta (I prefer Sabra brand)
  2. 1/3 cupshredded parmesan
  3. 16slices pepperoni, chopped very small
  4. 1loaf of french bread sliced in 1/4 inch slices
  5. 1/2 cupbutter melted
  6. 1 tspeach of garlic salt and Italian seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mix brushetta, pepperoni and Parmesan cheese. I do this a few hrs ahead of time so the flavors combine.

  2. 2

Preheat oven to 325. Place French bread slices on a cookie sheet. Melt butter, garlic salt and Ital seasoning.

  3. 3

Brush bread slices with melted butter and bake for 5-7 min or until slightly golden.

  4. 4

When bread slices are cooled down arrange on a serving platter with "homemade" brushetta in the center.
