This is very light and refreshing flavour cake. My daughter's favourite...
Steps

Separate eggs. Shift flour. Heat oven 170C.

Put egg yolk into a bowl. Add sugar and mix it until it becomes pale colour and fluffy.

Add oil into egg yolk mixture and mix well. Followed by yogurt and orange zest and juice. Each time mix well.

Shift flour again directly into the egg mixture and mix it well. Leave it aside.

Make meringue. Put egg white and sugar into a clean (oil free) big bowl. Use electric mixer to make a stiff meringue.

Put 1/3 of meringue into egg yolk mixture and mix it well. Add Another 1/3 of meringue and fold it in. Add rest of it, fold it in gently.

Put it into a baking tin and bake it for 30mins.

My daughters like eating it with cream and orange (Mix 150ml of double cream with one tbsp of sugar until it's nice and firm.)
