  • 2medium cocumber
  • 4medium tomatoes
  • 1medium red onion
  • 1 tbspfresh mint or parsley
  • 1/2black pepper
  • Juice of 2 lime
  • 1 tbspextra virgin (olive oil)

Steps

    Cut the cocumber,tomatoes, onion,fresh mint and transfer them to a bowl...

    Mix the juice with the black pepper and olive oil...

    Then add it to the veggies and mix...
