Sesame laddoo
Steps

Dry roast sesame at medium flame. And keep it aside.

Now melt jaggery at medium flame by adding ghee and 1 tablespoon water.

When jaggery starts melting stir it continuously.

Now when jaggery cooked, check it's consistency by dropping it in cold water, if it's stretch like wire then add baking soda and roasted sesame and mix well.

Turn off the gas and cool it.

Now make laddoo when it is in warm condition.

Laddoo is ready, cool at room temperature and store it in air tight container.
