Wash egg plants and simple cook on low flame direct on stove

When it's cooks almost bbq then put in bowl of water and peel them

Mash egg plants in empty bowl.

Take oil in pot and add chupped onion and g g paste and cook add tomatoes and spices

Add mashed eggplants in pot and stir well.

Cover for 10 to 15 mints with lid with sprinkle of chatmasla
