Ingredients

  • Egg plants 3 to 4 medium
  • Oil for cooking
  • G.g paste 1/2 tb spn
  • 5-6Green chilli
  • Onion chup 3 to 4 tb spoon
  • Salt as it taste
  • Red chilli 1/4 tb spn
  • pinchHaldi
  • 1-2Tomatoes
  • to tasteChat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash egg plants and simple cook on low flame direct on stove

  2. 2

    When it's cooks almost bbq then put in bowl of water and peel them

  3. 3

    Mash egg plants in empty bowl.

  4. 4

    Take oil in pot and add chupped onion and g g paste and cook add tomatoes and spices

  5. 5

    Add mashed eggplants in pot and stir well.

  6. 6

    Cover for 10 to 15 mints with lid with sprinkle of chatmasla
