Ingredients

  • Oats - 1/2 cup (roasted n powdered)
  • Makhana - 1/2 (Roasted n powdered)
  • 1/4 cupBesan -
  • 1/2 cupWheat flour -
  • Sesame - 1/4 cup (Roasted n powdered)
  • Almonds - 1/4 cup Roasted n powdered
  • Sugar -3/4 cup powder
  • Cardamom powder - 1 / 2 tsp
  • 1 tbspPoppy seeds -
  • 1/2 cupGhee –

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat ghee.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients expect sugar.

  3. 3

    Mix well n roast till pinkish colour.

  4. 4

    Take it down n let it cool properly.

  5. 5

    Now add sugar n bind it tightly. Make lemon size balls.

  6. 6

    Roll it with poppy seeds.

  7. 7

    Store it in airtight container.
