Peel and wash your beans, sock it for at least 10 mins,add in your peppers and onion and grind it to a smooth paste

Pour the beans into a bowl,mix for atleat 10 mins with a whisk or hand mixer,this is to incorporate air into the batter which is very important.

Add in your ajino moto,salt and some chopped onions.

Set a deep pan on a medium heat,add some oil and heat.

Scoop a table spoon of batter into the hot oil and fry on both side until golden brown,lift the akara balls and drain in on a paper towel.

Serve hot with pap,custard,fried yam or bread.
