First in bowl mix besan, curd, salt red chilli powder, garam Masala and salt.

Mix water without any lump.

Cook it until thicken.

For tadka heat oil add garlic, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.

Mix this tadka in boiling kadhi, add curry patta too.
- 6
When it becomes thick then switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot.
