Direction:
-Cut,peel and keep apples
-In pot,add water,sugar and cloves,mix it and bring it to boil. Cook until sugar dissolves.
-Add apple slices, lemon juice and cardamom mix it.
-Cover and cook until apples are soft and sugar syrup is thick. (Approx. 30-35 minutes) and let it cool.
-Apple murabba is ready. - 2
Tips:
-You can store at room temperature or refrigerate.
-Always use clean and dryn jars.
-Don’t use wet or used spoon
