Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsPaani (Water)
  2. 2 cupsCheeni (Sugar)
  3. 4Laung (Cloves)
  4. Saib (Golden apples) cut & peeled ½ kg medium
  5. 1 tbsLeemo ka rus (Lemon juice)
  6. 5Elaichi (Cardamom)

Steps

  1. 1

    Direction:

    -Cut,peel and keep apples
    -In pot,add water,sugar and cloves,mix it and bring it to boil. Cook until sugar dissolves.
    -Add apple slices, lemon juice and cardamom mix it.
    -Cover and cook until apples are soft and sugar syrup is thick. (Approx. 30-35 minutes) and let it cool.
    -Apple murabba is ready.

    Tips:

    -You can store at room temperature or refrigerate.
    -Always use clean and dryn jars.
    -Don’t use wet or used spoon
