Mix flour, cornflour,salt.

Add d oil and mix with ur palm.

Add in ur water and mix it should be like d consistency of pancake batter.

Rub little oil in a nonstick pan.

Wen hot brush ur pastry and cook on a very low heat. Wen done u will notice it peeling of d pan. Remove from heat. Repeat dis process till ur batter is finished. Make sure u brush oil on each pastry B4 placing anoda.

Wen done with ur pastry sheet divide d circle into to two fill and fold.

For d fillings add oil in a pan,add diced onion. Add in ur grinded scotch bonnet, garlic n ginger saute and minced meat add ur seasoning and Curry and Allow to cook.

Let cold down B4 adding to it pastry sheet
