Wash Chickpeas and soak overnight and add in cooker and boil it. Take 7 whistles.

Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackle then add onion slices 2 minutes fry. Add ginger-garlic paste mix well add tomatoes puree mix well.

Add all masala powders with some salt mix well cook for 2 minutes. When it will be thickness gravy then add boiled chickpeas. Mix well.

Some chickpeas Mash it. Add the Remaining chickpeas too. Add chole masala powder mix well cover the lid and 2 minutes Cook. Ready to serve garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves.
