Ingredients

45 minutes
6 person
  • 1 litrecow's milk
  • 250 gmsbasmati rice
  • 200 gmssugar (according to taste)
  • 10 piecescashew (kaju) finely chopped
  • 10 piecesalmond (badam)finely chopped
  • 10 piecesraisin (kismis)
  • 3 piecescardamom

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat milk in a pan and add cardamom and basmati rice when it becomes hot.

  2. 2

    Stir it till the rice seems cooked and becomes soft.

  3. 3

    When the consistency of milk becomes thick add sugar and stir continuously for 5 minutes.do not cover the pan.

  4. 4

    Add kaju, kismis, coconut and badam in the end while serving.

  5. 5
