Steps

To pressure cook the mutton - Add oil in a pressure cooker. Add mutton, salt, cinnamon, green cardamom, clove.
Add a glass of water and pressure cook it till the mutton is tender. - 2
For frying the vegetables- Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and fry for a min. Add capsicum and fry for another 2 to 3 mins. Then add tomatoes and fry for 2 mins. Remove from heat and add coriander leaves and kasoori methi.

To make onion paste - Heat oil in the same pan. Add bay leaves, green cardamom, cinnamon, clove. Fry for a min. Add onions and fry till the onions begin to turn brown. Remove from heat then add curd and grind it.

To make gravy - Heat oil in the same pan. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 to 2 mins. Add the onion Curd paste. To it add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, cumin powder. Fry till oil starts oozing from the sides. Add the pressure cooked mutton along with the water left. Add the already fried onions, capsicum and tomatoes. And cook for 5 mins till the gravy thickens.
