In a semolina add all-purpose flour then add 2 tbsp hot ghee and mix well and need the dough using hot water(keep the dough a little stiff).

Then make equal round and press it and fry it in hot oil till golden brown.

Then crush in the mixture.
Take in bowl and add sugar powder, chopped dry nuts, cardamom powder and mix well. Then add hot ghee and mix well and give a shape as you wish. Now it's ready to serve.
