Soak the chickpeas and fava beans overnight.

Wash the herbs thoroughly and chop them in a food processor.

Grind the chickpeas and fava beans, then mix with the herbs and spices. Knead the mixture well.

Heat the oil thoroughly. Shape the mixture using a falafel mold, dip lightly in sesame seeds, and fry until golden.

To make the sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients together.

Serve as a sandwich or on a plate with your choice of vegetables and pickles. Enjoy!
