Ingredients: 2 and half cups flour; 2 eggs; 1 cup milk; Sugar as desired; 1 and half teaspoon Baking powder; Melted butter; Pinch salt; Flavour of choice. (I used chocolate and coffee flavour)

Ingredients

2and half cups flour
2eggs
1 cupmilk
Sugar as desired
1and half teaspoon Baking powder
Melted butter
Pinchsalt
Flavour of choice. (I used chocolate and coffee flavour)

Steps

Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to a bowl and mix.

Add in eggs, milk, melted butter and mix..if you're using powdered milk the paste will be too thick so you have to add a little water till consistency is achieved. Add in flavour, pinch of salt and mix.

Dry fry in a non stick pan. The melted butter in the paste will be enough to fry so no need to fry with butter.

Drizzle pancakes with chocolate syrup.. You can use ready made syrup or home made syrup which I'll post the recipe soon In Sha Allah. Enjoy!
